We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Plumbing/Mechanical/Civil Estimator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for plumbing, mechanical, and civil projects, analyzing project specifications, and collaborating with project managers to ensure budget compliance.

Responsibilities:
- Review project plans, drawings, and technical documents to understand project scope.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for plumbing, mechanical, and civil systems, including materials, labor, and equipment.
- Perform quantity take-offs and material assessments.
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Identify potential project risks and provide cost-saving recommendations.
- Participate in bid preparation and tender submissions.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams.
- Track and adjust estimates based on project changes.

Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
