Job Description:

We are seeking a meticulous and highly organized Senior Document Controller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining all project documents, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the document control process for various projects, ensuring that all documentation is accurately logged, stored, and easily retrievable.

Review, verify, and process incoming and outgoing project documents, ensuring adherence to company standards and protocols.

Maintain an organized and efficient document control system, including physical and electronic document storage.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate document submissions and approvals.

Monitor and track document revisions and updates, ensuring all stakeholders have access to the most current information.

Generate reports on document control activities, including status updates, metrics, and compliance reports.

Provide training and support to team members on document control procedures and best practices.

Conduct regular audits of the document control system to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with industry standards.

Assist with the preparation and submission of project documentation for audits, reviews, and client requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in document control, preferably in a senior or supervisory role.

Strong knowledge of document control software and systems, such as Aconex, SharePoint, or similar platforms.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the construction, engineering, or oil and gas industries.

Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to document control.
