Are you an experienced leader with a passion for hospitality and customer service? We are looking for a Valet Parking Operation Supervisor / Key Account Manager to oversee and manage our valet parking operations, ensuring seamless service and client satisfaction.

๐ŸŒŸ What You’ll Do:
โœ”๏ธ Manage day-to-day valet parking operations at hotels, restaurants, and event venues.
โœ”๏ธ Supervise, train, and schedule valet attendants for optimal efficiency.
โœ”๏ธ Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction.
โœ”๏ธ Ensure vehicles are handled safely and securely while optimizing traffic flow.
โœ”๏ธ Oversee financial transactions, revenue tracking, and administrative tasks.
โœ”๏ธ Enforce safety and compliance standards to protect customers and staff.

๐Ÿ” What We’re Looking For:
โœ… Prior supervisory or managerial experience in valet operations, hospitality, or a related field.
โœ… Strong leadership and team management skills.
โœ… Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
โœ… Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and assist with luggage when needed.
โœ… Knowledge of local parking regulations and safety protocols (preferred).
โœ… Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
