We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Food and Beverage Manager in a 4-star hotel in Bahrain.

Job type: Full Time
Shifts: Flexible, including weekends and holidays

About the role:

As the food and beverage manager, you will play a pivotal role in day to day operations of our hotel's food and beverage services. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

Assist in managing the daily operations of food and beverage department, including restaurants, bars and room services.
Supervise and train food and beverage staff, ensuring they deliver excellent service to all guests.
coordinate with kitchen staff and other departments to ensure smooth service and guests satisfaction.
Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage stock levels to ensure efficient operations.
Strong leadership, organizational and problem solving skill.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
A positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.
Relevant qualification in hospitality management or related field are an advantage.
