Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial record-keeping, and supporting senior accountants in maintaining the financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Record and verify daily financial transactions in accounting software.
Maintain accurate ledgers and journal entries.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
Perform other accounting duties as required by senior management.


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Junior Accountant or similar role is a plus.
Basic understanding of accounting principles (GAAP).
Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas).
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
