We need call center staff who speaks Urdu, English & Hindi.
• Listen to customers’ concerns, issues and questions
• Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
• Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers’ complaints
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Any other admin job assigned by?the?company. ( will give training)
