We are seeking a talented and creative Canap?s Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal
candidate will have experience in crafting exquisite bite-sized appetizers and finger foods for
high-end events, restaurants, or catering services. This role requires exceptional attention to
detail, a strong understanding of flavor combinations, and the ability to create visually appealing
and delicious canap?s.

Food Preparation and Presentation:

- Prepare and assemble a variety of hot and cold canap?s, amuse-bouches, hors
d’oeuvres, and petit fours.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation for all canap?s.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation.
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP) at all times.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure ingredients are properly stored and labeled.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Canap?s Chef, Pastry Chef, or in a fine-dining/catering
environment.
- Strong knowledge of modern and classic canap? preparation techniques.
- Creativity in plating and garnishing small bites.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Excellent knife skills and understanding of flavor pairings.
