We are seeking an experienced and professional Collection executive to join our team.

Job Description:

The Collection executive is responsible for managing and collecting outstanding payments from clients, ensuring accurate documentation and timely collection of funds. The role involves handling accounts, coordinating with clients, and supporting the collections process.

Key Responsibilities:
• Contact clients and manage the collection of overdue payments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities.
• Coordinate with clients to resolve any disputes and facilitate timely payments.
• Provide regular updates on the status of outstanding accounts to managers and engineers.
• Prepare and send payment reminders, follow-ups, and late notices.
• Assist with managing receivables and ensuring cash flow remains steady.
• Issue invoices and maintain documentation for billing processes.
• Follow up on overdue payments and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Maintain financial confidentiality and stay informed about collection best practices and
regulations.
• Contribute to team goals by completing related tasks as required.
Desired Qualifications:
• Relevant experience in a similar role.
• A valid driving license in Bahrain is a must.
• Preference for male candidates.
• Priority given to immediate joiners.
