Now Hiring: Quality Control Manager – Navy Experience Preferred!

We are seeking an experienced Quality Control (QC) Manager to join our team. Candidates with a background in the Navy are highly encouraged to apply!

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Oversee and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards
✔ Conduct inspections, audits, and performance evaluations to maintain high-quality production
✔ Develop and enforce safety and quality policies
✔ Train and mentor the QC team to improve efficiency and compliance
✔ Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

Requirements:

✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Control or a related field
✅ Navy experience preferred (but not mandatory)
✅ Strong knowledge of quality assurance standards, regulations, and safety protocols
✅ Leadership and team management skills
✅ Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
