Job Description: Staff Nurse (3-5 Years Experience)

Position Overview: Provide high-quality patient care, manage clinical procedures, and support healthcare teams in delivering optimal outcomes.
Responsibilities:Administer medications, treatments, and patient care plans as per protocols.
Monitor and record patient vital signs and progress.
Assist in medical procedures and emergency care.
Maintain patient documentation and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and medical teams.
Qualifications:Nursing degree/diploma with a valid nursing license.
3-5 years of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.
