We are urgently looking for an Executive Secretary to join immediately.

Job description
An executive secretary coordinates and provides high-quality administrative support to the executive team. An executive secretary's role may also include analyzing documents, preparing reports and presentations, and occasionally supervising staff members, in addition to the usual secretarial work such as emailing, handling visitors, and answering questions and requests.

Responsibilities
Draft and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, reports and other documents in Arabic and English.
Responsible for incoming and outgoing of confidential documents and reports, keeping the files safe and ensuring filing and record keeping are designed and maintained to permit easy retrieval of information.
Preparing and updating the organization charts by VISIO and PowerPoint.
Follow up and coordinate to meet the deadlines of tasks as assigned.
Attend meetings and keep minutes.
Make travel arrangements for executives.

Package 15000AED to 18000AED.
Candidate must have good communication skills and amazing personality.
Wiling to travel.
Driving license is an advantage
