Job Overview: We are looking for a responsible, customer-focused Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coffee and capable of handling all aspects of the role, from preparing beverages to ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires someone who is adaptable, works well under pressure, and is willing to take on a variety of duties to support the team and maintain an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages to customers
Ensure a clean, organized work area and maintain equipment in excellent working condition
Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions about the menu
Handle cash, process payments, and follow proper cash handling procedures
Assist with food preparation and other duties as needed during busy periods
Maintain cleanliness throughout the caf? and assist in setting up or closing down operations
Requirements:

Previous barista experience is a plus but not required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on a variety of responsibilities
Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
Salary: 200 – 230 BHD per month
