Job description overview:
The Administrative Manager is responsible for:
• Ensuring that the store maintains high levels of customer service and the store’s visual merchandising and inventory are optimized.
• Work closely with the General Manager to develop and implement sales strategies, analyze sales data, and forecast sales trends.
• Possess strong leadership and communication skills, excellent customer service skills, and a track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Be a key player in the success of the store and must possess the ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
• Administrative Manager will be reporting to the Executive Management

Responsibility:
The Administrative Manager will need to:
• Maintains administrative staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Supervises clerical and administrative personnel by communicating job expectations, appraising job results, and disciplining employees.
• Sets policies and procedures for training, coaching, counseling, and career development for staff.
• Initiates and coordinates goals, deadlines, and projects for their department.
• Develops and implements policies and procedures to improve operations and function of the department.
• Monitors and procures needed supplies for office, reception, mailroom, and kitchen.
• Ensures a safe, secure, and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health, and security standards.
• Manages the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.
• Organize and maintain executive schedule's, meetings, and appointments.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation for staff and visitors
• Serve as the point of contact between the executive team and external partners
• Address staff inquiries and provide solutions to operational challenges.

Qualifications:
The Administrative Manager should possess:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of two to three years of administrative manager experience
• Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Suite).

Type: Full time
Availability: Immediately
Contract: 1 year, renewable
Probation: 3 months from joining date
Workdays: 6 days a week, 1 day rest, working on public holidays if required
Work hours: 9 – 6pm with 1 hour lunch break (8 hours per day)
Overtime: If required, as per Bahrain Labour Law
Public holiday: If required, as per Bahrain Labour Law
Vacation: 30 days per annum (upon successful completion of probation period)
Air ticket: Return economy ticket every 2 years to country of origin
Visa: For individual
Insurance: Provided by company at Al Hilal Hospital
Basic salary: BHD 350
Allowances: BHD 50 (combined housing and transport)
