Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Purchaser to join our growing Procurement team. In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting the procurement process by assisting with sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management activities.

Key Responsibilities:
•Research and identify potential suppliers, evaluate their capabilities, and negotiate favorable terms.
•Prepare and issue purchase orders to suppliers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
•Track order progress and resolve any discrepancies or delays.
•Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers.
•Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and supplier information.
•Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock control activities.
•Support the procurement team in various projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:
•Associate's Degree Or Diploma .
•1-3 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
•Strong organizational and time management skills.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office 1 Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
