We are looking for a skilled **Master Tailor** who specializes in Gulf-style traditional clothing. The ideal candidate should have strong experience and talent in designing and making men’s Gulf attire. The Master Tailor will lead the tailoring process, train the team, and ensure high-quality work that makes customers happy.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage all tailoring work, from design to delivery.
- Create special and custom Gulf outfits that meet customer needs.
- Teach and guide the tailoring team to ensure high standards.
- Help customers choose the best designs and fabrics.
- Check the quality of the work and make sure orders are delivered on time.
- Develop new designs that match the shop’s style and market trends.

**Requirements:**

- At least 5 years of experience in tailoring Gulf-style outfits.
- Knowledge of modern and traditional tailoring techniques.
- Strong leadership skills to manage a team.
- High attention to detail and skill in taking accurate measurements.
