Job Title: Production Control Specialist

Responsibilities:
Oversee the production process to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing of sportswear products.
Develop and implement production schedules and workflows to meet customer demands and deadlines.
Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring adequate supply for production needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and quality assurance, to optimize production efficiency.
Analyze production data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement in processes and productivity.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all production activities.
Requirements:
Previous experience in production control or manufacturing, preferably in the apparel or sportswear industry.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Proficiency in production planning software and tools.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
