Responsibilities:

• Handling transactions: Processing sales, handling cash, credit, and debit transactions.
• Customer interaction: Greeting and assisting customers, answering product, pricing, and service queries.
• Inventory management: Maintaining inventory levels, restocking items, and reporting discrepancies.
• Sales support: Promoting special offers, upselling products, and maintaining records.
• Record keeping: Maintaining accurate transactions and cash drawers.
• Store maintenance: Maintaining cleanliness and organization.
• Customer service: Providing product information.
• Problem resolution: Addressing customer complaints promptly.
• Product knowledge: Staying informed about product specifications and care instructions.

Requirements:
• Ensures transaction accuracy.
• Strong basic arithmetic skills.
• Engages positively with customers.
• Manages time efficiently.
• Handles complaints and disputes calmly.
• Familiarity with POS systems and retail technology.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
