We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive with experience in IT Software Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

Actively seek out and engage potential clients to promote our software solutions.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective goals and enhance the customer experience.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field is a must.
2-3 years of proven experience in software sales, preferably in an outdoor sales environment.
Strong understanding of IT software products and services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
Valid Bahraini driving license; possession of a car is advantageous but not mandatory.
Additional Information:

We are seeking local candidates who are currently residing in Bahrain.
