CIVIL FOREMAN

We are seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in civil construction and proven leadership skills.


Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction works
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate with the Main Contractor and Subcontractor, Suppliers and Client
- Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations
- Interpret and implement construction plans and specification

Requirements:

- Maximum of 3-5 years of experience as a Civil Foreman
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong knowledge of civil construction processes and techniques
