Job Overview:

As an Immigration Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing prospective clients with expert advice on immigration processes, helping them understand available visa options, and selling services to assist with their immigration goals. You will serve as a trusted advisor for clients, ensuring they receive tailored solutions based on their specific immigration needs. Your role will involve building relationships, managing client inquiries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation:
Conduct detailed consultations with potential clients to assess their immigration needs and objectives.
Advise clients on available visa categories (e.g., work visas, family-based immigration, permanent residency, student visas, etc.).
Recommend appropriate immigration strategies based on individual circumstances, including work, study, or family reunification.

Sales and Lead Generation:
Generate and follow up on leads through various channels (e.g., online inquiries, referrals, cold calling, and networking).
Actively convert leads into clients by selling immigration services, including document preparation, application filing, legal consultation, etc.
Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company.
Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and regularly follow up on leads to close sales.

Documentation and Process Management:
Provide clients with guidance on gathering supporting documentation for visa applications, including educational credentials, employment verification, etc.
Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain regular communication with clients throughout their immigration journey.
Address any questions or concerns from clients in a timely and professional manner.
Compliance and Legal Awareness:

Stay updated on immigration law and policy changes to provide accurate and current advice.
Ensure that all immigration services are compliant with the relevant immigration authorities and regulations.
Educate clients about the legal implications of immigration and potential risks.

Reporting and Administration:
Track and report on sales performance, client progress, and pipeline activity.
Prepare and submit sales reports, weekly activity updates, and client feedback to the sales manager.
Maintain client records, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to data protection policies.
Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).

Experience:
Proven experience in sales, particularly in a consultative or services-based environment (immigration-related experience is a plus).
Familiarity with the immigration process, visas, and related legal terminology is highly advantageous.

Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Ability to understand complex immigration laws and explain them in a clear, concise manner.
Sales-driven with excellent negotiation skills and a goal-oriented mindset.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
