Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our company in Muscat Oman. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of accounting functions, including accounts receivable and payable, financial reporting, and tax preparation.

Responsibilities:
• Manage all financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data
• Manage all accounting transactions.
• Publish financial statements in time.
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
• Compute VAT and prepare VAT returns & other taxes.
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.

Qualifications: -
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3+ years of experience as an Accountant.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Have experience in F&B Restaurants.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
