We are seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil construction and proven leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers.

Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Interpret and implement construction plans and specifications.

Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues that arise.

Provide training and guidance to junior staff members.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Civil Foreman.

Strong knowledge of civil construction processes and techniques.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.

Proficient in using construction management software.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
