Description

• Study project specifications, drawings, and other relevant documents to understand project requirements.
• Assigned subordinates to validate BOQ quantities.
• Material Quantity take-off, summarize as per BOQ.
• Doing system design as per tender requirements.
• Visiting Site as per tender requirements.
• Sending enquiries along with project specification for compliance and preparing Price comparison sheet after collecting the offer from different suppliers.
• Keep following suppliers and subcontractors to source competitive pricing and quotations
• To prepare the required material submittals, Method Statements and ensured that they were in compliance with the specifications.
• To prepare Shop Drawings with respect to design and contract requirements with coordination of other disciplines and submitted as per the approved schedules to the consultant for review & approval.
• Calculations, selection and installation of all Mechanical service’s pipes & equipment’s as per ASHRAE/ NFPA/IPC and Manufacturer's manual.
• Validate design issues and suggest alternative solutions to aid in corrective works for all Mechanical services.
• Monitoring ongoing Mechanical installation works on an area-by-area and level-by-level basis as per, the project programmed from the outset of the Project
• Ensuring that the Quality of material and installation works are in accordance with the approved construction program /acceptance criteria/specifications /approved materials and method statements in safe manner.


QUALIFICATIONS:
-Must have a Bachelor's Degree Certificate in Mechanical Engineer
-Minimum 10-15 Years of Experience as MEP Engineer in Construction Industry
-Advantage if you have knowledge in Tendering Estimation
-Must be tech-savvy who can adapt easily with the system and way of computation
-Must be holder of CRPEP License Grade A/B
