Description

Camp Boss Role:-

• Overseeing daily camp operations and ensuring smooth functioning.
• Supervising and managing camp staff, including cleaners, cooks, and security personnel.
• Ensuring welfare and safety of camp residents, enforcing health and safety regulations.
• Coordinating maintenance and repair of camp facilities and equipment.
• Enforcing camp rules and resolving conflicts among residents.
• Maintaining accurate records of residents and documenting maintenance schedules and incidents.
• Acting as a liaison between camp residents and management.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience in camp management or similar role.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Proficiency in English.
