Description

Maintenance and Operational Performance Overview:

• Executes PPM schedules for timely, compliant maintenance.
• Performs administration, configuration, calibration, maintenance, programming, and qualification of equipment/machinery.
• Conducts repairs and maintenance on Smelter equipment and related machinery.
• Troubleshoots and resolves basic equipment and process errors.
• Provides on-site support to customers.
• Ensures technical integrity and performance of mechanical equipment.
• Monitors equipment and machinery for optimal performance.
• Monitors stock requirements and ensures timely replenishment.
• Contributes to best practice maintenance processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Diploma or vocational certification in Mechanical Engineering.
• Five years of overhead crane maintenance experience, especially Pot Tending Machine (PTM).
