Description

We are urgently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchase Executive cum Store Keeper to join our team. Candidates with experience in medical items procurement and inventory management are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle the end-to-end procurement process, including vendor negotiations and purchase order issuance.
2. Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure the best value and quality.
3. Maintain and update records of purchases, pricing, and other relevant data.
4. Receive, inspect, and store incoming stock, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
5. Monitor inventory levels and initiate stock replenishment to avoid shortages.
6. Conduct regular stock audits and ensure proper documentation of inventory.
7. Coordinate with departments to fulfill material requirements efficiently.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Purchase Executive or Store Keeper, preferably in a medical or healthcare setup.

- Strong understanding of procurement processes and inventory control.
- Familiarity with medical consumables and equipment is an advantage.
- Proficient in using ERP systems and inventory management tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience.
