Requirements:


1.Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in a travel agency or tour operator, with a focus on
ticketing, reservations, and customer service.

2.Knowledge of Bahrain: Familiarity with Bahrain’s travel destinations, culture, and tourism offerings
is highly preferred.

3.Proficiency in GDS: Experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre,
or Galileo is a plus.

4.Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

5.Customer Service Excellence: Ability to provide exceptional customer service and handle inquiries,
bookings, and complaints efficiently.

6.Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle complex travel itineraries and
bookings.

7.Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and demonstrate strong interpersonal
skills.

8.Problem-Solving Skills: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, especially in high-
pressure situations.

9.Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing environments and keep up with industry trends and new
technologies.
