Description

We are looking for an HR (Operation) for one of the groups of companies located in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Responsibilities:

• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems within the department.
• Coordinate with senior staff and Directors to book flight tickets and hotel reservations.
• Manage employee medical insurance, including new applications and renewals.
• Develop and conduct training and development programs.
• Assist in performance management processes.
• Maintain employee records in accordance with policy and legal requirements.
• Possess knowledge of HR functions such as pay and benefits, recruitment, training and development, etc.
• Demonstrate understanding of labor laws (LMRA, GOSI, NPRA, etc.) and disciplinary procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus.
• Possess outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
• Maintain strong ethics and reliability.
Hold a BSc/BA in Business Administration, Social Studies, or a relevant field; further training is a plus.
