Job Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome members and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.

Answer phone calls and manage appointment bookings for fitness classes and services.

Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and inviting.

Assist with member inquiries and provide information about club services and memberships.

Process membership payments and manage the cash register.

Handle administrative tasks, including filing, inventory management, and ordering supplies.

Coordinate with fitness trainers and other staff to ensure smooth operation of the club.

Uphold health club policies and procedures to ensure a high standard of service.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in using computer systems and appointment scheduling software.

A passion for health and fitness and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
