Job Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain food safety and quality assurance programs.

Conduct regular audits and inspections of production facilities to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sanitation and pest control programs.

Train staff on food safety practices and procedures.

Investigate and resolve any food safety issues, including customer complaints.

Maintain accurate records of food safety audits, inspections, and incidents.

Collaborate with production and quality control teams to ensure product quality and safety.

Stay updated on the latest food safety regulations and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Food Safety Officer in the bakery or food and beverage industry.

In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and standards (e.g., HACCP, FSMA, GFSI).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask.

Proficiency in using food safety management software and tools.

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field is preferred.
