A leading RICH INTERIOR WORKS Company in Bahrain seeks to employ Admin for Office Maintenance.

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage accounting tasks, including maintaining financial records, processing invoices, and preparing financial statements.
- Handle administrative duties such as scheduling, office management, and maintaining filing systems.
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment maintenance, and other administrative functions.

Requirements:
- Strong personality with Knowledge of office and accounting procedures
- Exceptional computer and Software usage skills – MS Excel and MS Office
- Familiarity with facilities operations
- Excellent customer service
- Strong ability to work independently;
- Demonstrated knowledge of phone and email procedures and etiquette
