Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve business goals.
• Oversee and optimize the product distribution process to ensure product availability and visibility in the market.
• Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve targets.
• Build relationships with key clients and identify their needs.
• Track sales metrics and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.
• Conduct monthly sales planning and forecasting, considering product shelf life.
• Manage sales channels effectively to optimize results.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to the senior management.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 5+ years of sales management experience in FMCG.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Good team handling skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Valid driving license in Kingdom of Bahrain

Salary Range: BD 500 - BD 600
