Description

1) Mechanic

Job Responsibilities:
1. Service and repair all kinds of heavy equipment, trucks, cars, and other machinery.
2. Inspect vehicles/machines for maintenance needs.
3. Respond to and resolve emergency breakdowns inside the project or other designated areas.
4. Perform all minor maintenance work on workshop equipment.
5. Conduct mechanical work on logistics equipment.
6. Schedule and carry out overhauls (Engines, clutch, Gearbox, etc.).
7. Possess basic knowledge of lubricants and their applications.
8. Perform ongoing maintenance of heavy equipment and machinery.
9. Diagnose and accurately identify mechanical faults.
10. Repair and release the machine within the minimum possible time and at minimum cost.
11. Demonstrate excellent teamwork and adaptability in various situations.
12. Hold a diploma in Automobile Engineering.

Technical / Functional Skills - (Skills necessary to do the job successfully)

✓ Driving skills with License
✓ Sound Tech. knowledge vehicles/heavy equipment’s/spare parts

Educational Qualifications - Diploma or ITI in automobile engineering.
Business Experience - Must have Minimum 5 years of working experience in the maintaining
automobiles and heavy equipment’s and machinery.
Languages Known - Good command of written and spoken English. Arabic language added value.

2) Reefer Technician

Job Responsibilities:
1. Perform regular maintenance of cooling units according to the established schedule.
2. Conduct preventive maintenance on all units without fail.
3. Repair all types of breakdowns in reefer units.
4. Carry out major rebuilds of reefer units.
5. Perform electrical work on reefer units.
6. Identify and report potential issues to prevent costly repairs in the future.
7. Perform major and minor overhauls of compressors and clutches.
8. Provide feedback to the manager/foreman regarding any required maintenance.
9. Support other reefer technicians as needed.
10. Repair and install box lights.
11. Perform brazing and similar repair works.
12. Assist with depot maintenance and repair activities.

Technical / Functional Skills (Skills necessary to do the job successfully)

✓ Driving skills with License
✓ Sound Tech. knowledge about coolers and refrigeration units. (Thermoking / Carrier)
Educational Qualifications - Diploma or ITI in refrigeration field.
Business Experience - Must have Minimum 4 years of working experience in the Refrigeration on mobile units like sales van, truck. etc.
Languages Known - Good command of written and spoken English. Arabic language added value.
