▪️Duties and Responsibilities:*

* Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, newsletters, and advertisements.
* Create attractive graphics for our website, social media, and email campaigns.
* Work with the marketing team to develop creative concepts that align with our brand identity.
* Edit and enhance images for promotional content and property listings.
* Maintain consistent branding across all marketing materials.
* Keep up-to-date with industry trends and design software to enhance the quality of your work.
* Manage multiple design projects at once, ensuring you meet deadlines while maintaining high quality.


▪️Job Requirements:*

* Proven experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse video editing projects•
* Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
* Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
