Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Secretary to provide administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, handling correspondence, and performing various administrative tasks

Responsibilities
 Manage and maintain calendars, schedules, and appointments
 Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls
 Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
 Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
 Provide administrative support to team members
 Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations of workers
 Manage office supplies and inventory

Requirements
 High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
 2+ years of experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
 Excellent communication in English, organizational, and time management skills
 Preferably single and should stay in company accommodation
 Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
 Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
