Description

Our reputed company is in need of 1 Invoicing clerk with the following qualifications and Job descriptions:

QUALIFICATION:
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 Understanding of basic accounting math
 Strong attention to detail to keep accurate accounting entries.
 Familiar with accounting software
 Solid organizational skills to keep track of invoices.
 Great customer service skills to work with various clients.
 Preferably with a minimum of 2yrs experience in FMCG Industry.
 Education Background: College level


JOB DESCRPTION:
 Ensuring that client information details are kept up to date.
 Generating invoices and delivery notes to customers.
 Checking the data input to ensure the accuracy of the final Invoice.
 Reporting issues or irregularities and resolving discrepancies related to invoices or payments.
 Liaising with the logistics department and ensuring that goods are dispatched on time.
 Handling clients' account queries.
 Maintaining accurate records of all invoices and related files.

Salary package : Basic Salary = BD180
Transport + accommodation + medical?insurance
