Position: Cost Controller

Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze costs for various hotel operations, including food and beverage, housekeeping, and maintenance.

Ensure adherence to the hotel's budget and financial targets.
Prepare regular cost reports and provide insights to senior management.

Work closely with department heads to identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance financial efficiency.

Implement and maintain inventory controls, ensuring accuracy and reducing waste.


What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in cost control, accounting, or financial management, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of hotel operations and financial software.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is a plus.
