Key Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, test, and maintain fire alarm systems (Addressable and conventional) in commercial, residential, and industrial properties.
• Install, inspect, test, and maintain fire suppression system.
• Perform routine and emergency maintenance and repairs on fire alarm systems to ensure full functionality and compliance.
• Inspect, service, and maintain firefighting equipment, including fire extinguishers, hoses, sprinklers, and hydrants.
• Ensure all fire systems and equipment comply with local fire codes and regulations.
• Respond promptly to service calls for troubleshooting, repairs, and routine maintenance of both fire alarm systems and firefighting equipment 24/7.
• Keep detailed, accurate records of inspections, maintenance, and repairs for both fire alarm systems and firefighting equipment.
• Educate clients on the proper use of firefighting equipment and fire alarm systems.
• Write comprehensive reports documenting inspections, maintenance, repairs, and system upgrades.
