Job Summary:
The Receptionist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients and staff at the photography studio. This role is the first point of contact for all visitors and plays a key part in ensuring a positive experience for everyone who interacts with the studio.

Key Responsibilities:
-Greet all clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival
-Answer incoming phone calls, respond to emails, and manage the studio's general inbox
-Schedule appointments and bookings for photoshoots and other studio services
-Provide information about studio offerings, pricing, and policies to prospective and existing clients
-Handle payment processing and maintain accurate financial records
-Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, organizing supplies, and light cleaning
-Provide support to the photography team as needed, including preparing sets and backdrops
-Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming reception area
-Resolve any client inquiries or concerns in a timely and courteous manner
-Uphold the studio's brand image and contribute to a positive studio culture

Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent; some college or customer service experience preferred
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
-Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
-Knowledge of photography, visual arts, or the creative industry a plus
-Flexible schedule to accommodate evenings and weekends as needed
