Welcome, an excellent opportunity to work with us from the beginning, we are a new cafe and we are looking for an employee who is willing to work with us so that we can grow and develop together

Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, latte, cappuccino and specialty drinks, according to established recipes and standards
Basic knowledge of making desserts
Knowledge of making tea, mojito, matcha and some other drinks (we will also train you on how to make things you don’t know)
Ensure consistent quality in every cup by properly calibrating equipment, monitoring brewing parameters and practicing correct techniques
Warmly greet customers, take orders accurately and provide friendly and efficient service. Educate customers on our coffee offerings, brewing methods and seasonal specials
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the coffee preparation area, including equipment maintenance and sanitization
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and maintain our commitment to excellence Qualifications:
Previous experience in coffee making or similar role preferred
Strong knowledge of coffee types, origins and brewing methods
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and easygoing demeanor
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
