We are seeking a highly motivated and client-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Relations Specialist / Account . In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Proactively identify and address client needs and concerns.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
• Assist with client onboarding and training.
• Coordinate client communication and ensure timely responses.
• Contribute to client retention and growth initiatives.
• Assist with the preparation of client reports and presentations.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of client service processes.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
• 5 years of experience in client service, customer success, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with, accounting software – Tally
• Strong work ethic and a commitment to providing exceptional customer services
