Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise your section of the kitchen to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes, maintaining the standards set by the Head Chef.
Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and organization of the kitchen.
Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.
Collaborate with the team to innovate and develop new menu items.
Assist in managing stock levels and ordering supplies for your section.
Maintain consistent quality and presentation of food.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or in a similar role, preferably in a 4-star or fine dining setting.
Strong knowledge of kitchen procedures, food safety, and sanitation.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
Passionate about food and culinary excellence.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and team-working skills.
A culinary qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ, etc.) is preferred.
