We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. This role will focus on power products and IT infrastructure solutions for data centers, corporate environments, and industrial clients. You will work closely with our sales team and clients to deliver customized solutions that meet their specific technical needs.

Experience:
• 10+ years of sales engineering experience in power products (UPS, Batteries, Power Distribution Units) and IT infrastructure (Servers, Storage, Networking).

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, IT, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Idle Candidate Profile:
• Provide technical expertise and present solutions related to power products (Deisel Generator, UPS, Power Distribution Units, Batteries) and IT infrastructure (Servers, Storage, Networking) to potential clients.
• Design and implement tailored power management and IT solutions based on customer requirements.
• Ability to consultatively sell complex power and IT infrastructure solutions to customers.
• Experience working closely with large corporate clients, understanding their infrastructure needs, and customizing solutions.
• Drive revenue growth by achieving or exceeding sales targets for power products and IT Infrastructure.
Requirements:
• Strong sales and customer relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Strong knowledge of UPS systems, Power Distribution Units, and Data Center Power Solutions.
