We are looking for an experienced and passionate Arabic Supervisor to join our team at our new fast food restaurant in Seef.

Requirements for this role

Experience: Minimum experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage or fast food industry.
Language Skills: Fluent in Arabic is a must. Proficiency in English is a plus.
Local Hiring: Only candidates with valid Bahraini work permits and residency will be considered.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
Customer-Oriented: Strong focus on customer satisfaction and delivering high-quality service.
Problem Solving: Ability to handle complaints, resolve conflicts, and think on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility: Ability to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Knowledge of Health & Safety: Understanding of food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain a high level of quality control and operational efficiency.
