Responsibilities:
1. Prepare, carve, and present the food with precision and artistry.
2. Ensure portion control, consistent quality, and appealing presentation.
3. Follow health and safety regulations, maintaining food hygiene and workplace cleanliness.

Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a carving chef or similar role.
2. Exceptional knife skills and a strong understanding of carving techniques.
3. Attention tp detail and an eye for presentation.
4. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
