1. Expense and Payroll Accountant
Location: Bahrain
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:
Track and manage prepaid and recurring expenses using Zoho Books.
Record actual expenses and reconcile accounts at the end of each month.
Prepare payroll, including salary calculations, deductions, and overtime adjustments.
Ensure compliance with VAT regulations and handle VAT reconciliations.
Maintain organized records for internal and external audits.
Collaborate with the accounting team to generate monthly MIS reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in expense management and payroll processing, preferably in the F&B industry.
Strong knowledge of accounting software (Zoho Books preferred).
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Proactive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
2. Junior Accountant
Location: Bahrain
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: Competitive

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily bookkeeping, including bank reconciliation and cash flow tracking.
Reconcile branch cash deposits with recorded sales.
Support the team in processing invoices and vendor payments.
Help prepare VAT reports and other compliance-related documentation.
Provide general support to the accounting department as required.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
1–2 years of accounting experience (F&B industry experience is a plus).
Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and reconciliation.
Familiarity with accounting software (Zoho Books experience is a bonus).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
