Reputed company in Bahrain - Urgently Looking for a Sales Executive.

Job Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Sales Strategy Execution: Meet or exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies.
Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and challenges.
Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit.
Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of the company’s products/services and effectively communicate their value to customers.

Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Experience: Minimum [2-3 years] experience in sales or a related role. (preferred F&B).
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Persuasive negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attributes:
Self-motivated and results-driven.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Team-oriented but capable of working independently.
