Position: Chartered Accountant

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the financial operations of our construction projects, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and contributing to strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze financial statements specific to construction projects.
Monitor project budgets, cost allocations, and financial performance.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
Oversee audits (statutory, internal, and tax) and ensure accurate reporting.
Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial planning for projects.
Develop and implement internal controls to enhance financial efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills:

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction or contracting industry.
Proficient in project accounting and cost management.
Strong knowledge of IFRS and applicable local financial regulations.
Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
