COMPETENCIES
Knowledge/Education High school diploma, associate’s degree / relevant programs attended. CWI/ AWS/ CSWIP 3.1 / API 653 / API 510 / API 570
Experience Experience in Inspection of Tank, Pressure Vessels & Heat Exchanges, Safety Management, Managing Processes, Manufacturing Methods and Procedures. (Min.5-10 Years)
Skill Requirements Analyzing Information, Reporting Research Results and Documentation Skills.
Abilities Ability to Maintain and improve good practices.
Ability to facilitate changes to achieve continuous improvement in quality.
Ability to overview fresh produce quality at site level.
Ability to Use reasoning to discover answers to problems.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Approves incoming materials by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.
- Approves in-process production by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; communicating required adjustments to production supervisor.
- Approves finished products by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; returning products for re-work; confirming re-work.
- Preparation & compilation of quality records & reports.
- Authorize inspection stages according to approved inspection & test Plan to 3rd parties,
- Coordinates with authorized and third-party inspector.
- Ensures that all resolutions are as per accepted NCRR on the job.
- Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarizing re-work and waste; inputting data into quality database.
- Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations. Accomplishes quality and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

AUTHORIZATION
- Authorized to Attempt repairs on broken or damaged products to determine the best way to scale those repairs.
- Authorized to inspect machines and equipment related to OFS, like (CNC machine, threading)
- Authorized to declare if the service or job done is qualified.
- Authorized to inspect raw materials to ensure consistency and integrity.
ACCOUNTABILITY
- Accountable for any lost or damaged documents.
- Accountable for the leaking and outgoing of private and confidential information.
- Ensure the proper documents are created and signed.
