A leading pest control company in Bahrain is seeking a dedicated *Agriculture Engineer* to join our team. *Key Responsibilities*

As an Agriculture Engineer, you will take on a variety of duties to improve and maintain the company’s agricultural and pest management services:

- *Pest Management Strategy Development*
- Assess client properties for pest issues and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Develop integrated pest management plans tailored to specific environments and pests.
- Document treatment processes and outcomes, including before-and-after assessments.
- Submit quarterly reports to management detailing pest control activities and results.

- *Irrigation and Soil Management*
- Conduct regular soil testing and recommend suitable actions to ensure healthy growth.
- Adjust irrigation schedules based on seasonal requirements and pest management needs.
- Research and implement practices for soil and water conservation to optimize pest control efforts.

- *Team and Process Management*
- Supervise field technicians and ensure adherence to company standards and procedures.
- Establish efficient workflows for pest control operations, including residential and commercial services.
- Offer technical guidance and training to team members when needed.

*Qualifications*

To qualify for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

- *Educational Background:* A degree in Agriculture Engineering or a related field.
- *Experience:* Minimum of 3 years of experience in pest management, landscaping, or irrigation systems.
- *Technical Skills:*
- Knowledge of pest biology and integrated pest management strategies.
- Proficiency in preparing budgets and reports.
- Familiarity with pesticide management and safety standards.

- *Soft Skills:*
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
